About Me

Kate started gymnastics at the age of 3 and in 2010 joined team gymnastics at Midwest Gymnastics Center as a level 4 gymnast. She quickly moved through the compulsory levels and competed as a Level 8 in 2014. In 2014, Kate earned a 35.775 at the State meet including a 3rd place finish on vault and 6th on floor. In 2014, Kate competes as a level 9 gymnast. She won the Gina Morri meet and was 4th in both the Tampa Bay Turner Invite and the Buckeye Classic. Kate was injured at the 2015 State meet and unable to compete in the Regional and Western Meet. In 2016, Kate competed as a Level 10 gymnasts. At the Peppermint Twist meet, Kate was 6th on bars and 5th on All Around and beam. Kate has placed 1st on beam and bars at the Chow’s Winter Classic. She also placed 5th on All Around and 3rd on bars at the Gopher Invite. At the 2017 State Meet, Kate earned a 9.325 on beam and has a third place finish. At the Region VI meet, Kate place 5th on bars with a 9.325. In 2018, Kate tore her ACL. She has been working very hard over the last couple months and has been recently cleared. She is hoping for a great 2019 season!
